About this template

Chores are the reason many households want a shared task list. Every task here repeats on its own schedule, and when you complete one the next occurrence appears.

Share the project with everyone at home and assign tasks to people, or leave them open for whoever gets there first.

How to use it

  1. Import the file, then share the project with everyone at home as editors.
  2. Assign each chore to a person, or leave it open for whoever gets there first.
  3. Tick a chore off and its next occurrence appears on its schedule.

Make it yours

  • Change the days: your bins may go out on Tuesday, not Thursday.
  • Split the project into sections by room or by person and show it as a board.
  • Add labels like `@10min` so a short gap can be filled from the list.

Import it in three steps

  1. Download the template file.
  2. In OpenTodo, open Settings, then Data, then Import data.
  3. Choose the file, check the preview, and select Import.

Due dates count from the day the file was published; move them as you like. Importing the same file twice creates nothing new, and an import can be undone. Import formats
